TERMS AND CONDITIONS
❖ Above rates are subject to 8% service charge, 5% municipality tax, 4% tourism tax & 5% Vat.
❖ Above rates are inclusive of breakfast for two adults & two children (Below 5 years old).
❖ Children between the age of 5 & 11 years will receive 50% discount of the menu excluding kids menu items.
❖ Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
❖ The offer is valid only for new bookings and is not applicable to existing bookings.
❖ Valid employee ID card must be presented upon check-in to avail this special rate.
❖ During the period of 29 December 2024 until 3 January 2025, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
❖ No check-out is allowed on 24, 25, 30, and 31 December 2024 and 1 January 2025.
TRANSFERS (FROM/TO SALALAH AIRPORT):
❖ Sedan Car: OMR 25 net (VAT inclusive) per car per way.
❖ Nissan Patrol: OMR 35 net (VAT inclusive) per car per way.
❖ Minivan: OMR 60 net (VAT inclusive) per car per way.
CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW EARLY DEPARTURE (The Resort will charge for cancellations as follows):
❖ Peack / Khareef Season – 7 days prior to arrival – Cancellation fees representing 100% of the total booking.
❖ High & Low Season – 3 days prior to arrival; no-show or early departure – Cancellation 100% of the total booking.
