TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• All prices are subject to 8% service charge, 4% tourism tax & 5% VAT.
• Above rates are per room per night and inclusive of breakfast for two adults and two children below 5 years old.
• Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years receive 50% discount on food and beverages, excluding kid’s menu items.
• The offer is valid only for new bookings and not for existing bookings.
• Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. Black-out dates may apply.
Extra Bed charges:
• Adult Charges: OMR 30 Net per night inclusive of taxes, breakfast.
• Child Charges:
0 – 2.99 years old complimentary baby cot on BB basis will be provided (subject to availability).
3 – 11.99 years old OMR 15 Net inclusive of taxes per night on BB basis.
12 years old and above full charge will be applied.
Transfers: Muscat International Airport / Muscat to the resort:
• 4×4 One-way transfer OMR 100 net
• 4×4 Roundtrip Transfers OMR 200 net
Cancellation, no-show early departure (The Hotel will charge for cancellations as follows):
Weekday – 48 hours prior to arrival; no-show or early departure – Cancellation 100% of the total booking
Weekend – 72 hours prior to arrival; no-show or early departure – Cancellation 100% of the total booking.
