If you are interested in serving on the OABC board, our next election will be held in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Requirements for Board Members:

  • Must be an authorized representative of a Premium, Corporate, or SME member company, or an individual member of the OABC.
  • Must complete the nomination
  • Must be present at OABC Election Night
  • Attend quarterly OABC Board meetings and other meetings as needed.
  • Respond promptly to emails regarding OABC initiatives.
  • Work with the Executive Director to recruit new members to the OABC.
  • Provide financial oversight and input, approve the annual budget.
  • Actively participate in OABC events when possible, and other priorities of the organization.
  • Be willing to chair a committee or sector-specific task force of the OABC.
  • Show fiduciary responsibility, keeping in mind the interest of all OABC members and their greatest needs.
  • Be an Ambassador of OABC, representing the organization to external stakeholders and even within the membership.
